Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

Information

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a gentle, assisted stretching method that targets the body’s connective tissue to improve mobility, reduce tension, and support healthier movement. FST is comfortable, pain-free, and adaptable for people of all ages. From athletes and active individuals to office workers and older adults. By working with the body’s natural movement patterns, it helps increase flexibility, ease stiffness, and promote overall physical well-being.

Manual Osteopathy

Manual Osteopathy is a hands-on, holistic approach to treatment that focuses on how the body’s muscles, joints, fascia, and organs work together. Using gentle techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and myofascial release, manual osteopathy helps improve alignment, reduce tension, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. It is suitable for people of all ages and is commonly used to address pain, mobility restrictions, posture imbalances, and everyday movement discomfort.
