About Me
And My Approach

My journey into manual therapy began long before I ever put my hands on a patient. As a former competitive taekwondo athlete, I relied heavily on Fascial Stretch Therapy to maintain my flexibility, recover from training, and keep my body performing at its best. Experiencing the benefits firsthand is what sparked my passion to help others feel that same freedom of movement.
I began practicing Fascial Stretch Therapy in the fall of 2023, and in 2025 I expanded my knowledge by studying Manual Osteopathy at the National Academy of Osteopathy to deepen my understanding of the human body. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 1,000 patients, each with their own stories, challenges, and goals.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds, from athletes to desk workers to individuals recovering from injuries. I welcome complex cases and view every challenge as an opportunity to problem-solve and grow.
What truly shapes my practice is my communication and my sense of touch. I take pride in creating a supportive environment where people feel heard, respected, and comfortable. My vision is to improve each patient’s mobility and help them gain the confidence to return to the activities they love, but may be too afraid to attempt due to pain or injury. My goal is to empower you to move without fear.
